Common questions

What counts as a "CO" toward my monthly limit?

A change order or T&M tag counts when it is sent to the homeowner for signature — not when it is created. Drafts do not count. Free tier resets on the 1st of each calendar month at midnight UTC.

Do credits expire?

Yes — credits expire 12 months from the purchase date. Your balance screen shows each pack with its individual expiry date. You get email reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry.

What happens to my documents if I cancel?

All your data is retained. You can export every signed document at any time — even after cancellation. Export is available on every plan, always.

Does QuickBooks sync work on the free plan?

QuickBooks sync is a Pro feature. On Free and Credits plans, you can still download signed PDFs and export a CSV summary for manual entry.

What are the Pro overage mechanics?

Pro includes 300 COs per month. Each CO above 300 is $0.99, billed via Stripe metered billing at month end. You get email alerts at 240 (80%) and 300 (100%). Above 600 total in a month, you'll see an in-app prompt about Business pricing.
